Gwen: 5 Months (9/10/2011)

Here is Gwen at 5 months on 9/10/2011:

A visit from Yia Yia and Great Grandma Lee.

Chillin with Dad.  I love how their faces match.

Toys, Toys, Toys! 

Sleeping Arrangements haven't changed.  Still likes her stuff by her face.

Notes of interest for Gwen at 5 months:

• Still loves her feet; and can get toes into mouth happily
• Only 1 tooth poking through after lots of teething days last month
• STRONG grip, very grabby of my hair and clothes
• Sleeps well, same 2-3 daily  naps and all night schedule
• Rolls onto tummy almost ALWAYS when playing on the floor
• Loves jumper and exersaucer (and gets stir crazy in bumbo and blue bouncy chair)
• Smiles at mirrors
• Loves being sung to and calmed by music when crying
• Spits up often
• Wearing some 3-6 month clothes, lots of 6 month clothes, and some 9 month clothes
• Talks and sings quietly when tired and about to fall asleep
• Still trying to pull everything into her mouth - and getting better at it!
• Loves Daddy
• Limbs wiggle when excited and flail when tired
• Clear scalp.  Cradle-cap cleared up! :)
• Started doing a new move when on your tummy where you push your butt up in the air, like you're thinking about crawling.  Seems anxious and ready to be on the move!
